01 Who is responsible
The casamiaagency.com website is published by Casa Mia Agency, a real estate agency in Marrakech. You can reach us through the contact form, by phone or on WhatsApp using the details on the Contact page.
02 The data you send us
When you use the contact form, we record: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the subject, your message, the language of the page and the listing concerned where applicable. We attach to it the first page you opened during your visit, the campaign tags in its address (utm) and the site you came from: your browser keeps them for the length of the visit, without a cookie, so that we know which page led to your enquiry. This data is saved in the site’s database and emailed to the agency to answer your enquiry.
If you write to us by email, by phone or on WhatsApp, your exchanges are handled by those services under their own terms.
03 Why, and for how long
This data is used only to answer your enquiry and to follow the file that results from it. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any relationship that may follow; you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
04 Cookies and trackers
The site uses only technical cookies: a technical session cookie (casamia-agency-session) and a security token (XSRF-TOKEN) that protects the form against fraudulent submissions. They are set only on pages that contain a form, such as the Contact page and a listing’s request for information, and expire after two hours. They are not used to follow you from one site to another. The browsing pages (home, listings, guides, neighbourhoods) do not set any.
No third-party audience measurement tool is active unless it is mentioned here. If a cookie-free measurement tool is turned on, it will be stated on this page.
05 Third-party services loaded by the pages
To display, some pages load resources from other services, which then receive your IP address and technical information about your browser: the icons of a listing’s amenities (Iconify), the map library (unpkg), the map background (OpenStreetMap), the Contact page map (Google Maps) and the videos of some listings (YouTube). Each applies its own privacy policy.
06 Hosting
The site and its database are hosted by Hostinger. The contact form data is stored there; the host’s privacy policy applies to that hosting.
07 Your rights
Law No. 09-08 protects individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data. You can ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to the email address on the Contact page. You can also contact the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
