01 Purpose of the site
The site presents the properties that Casa Mia Agency offers for sale or rent in Marrakech, along with its services and information guides. It does not allow a sale or a letting to be concluded online.
02 The listings
Each listing describes a property on a given date: price, area, availability and other features may change, and a property that has been let or sold may stay visible with its status. A listing is not a firm offer: only a signed mandate, preliminary sale agreement or lease binds the parties.
When a piece of information in a listing is being verified, the site does not show it or flags it. The legal or tax statements of a listing (title, zoning, VNA) are given by the owner or seller and must be confirmed by a notary.
03 Guides and information pages
The guides and service pages give general information, backed by sources and dated. They are neither legal advice nor tax advice: for your situation, consult a notary, a lawyer or a tax adviser.
04 Content and ownership
The texts, photographs, logos and graphic elements of the site are protected. Any reproduction requires Casa Mia Agency’s prior consent, except for sharing a link to a page of the site.
05 Liability
We take care over the accuracy of the information published and correct any that is reported to us. Casa Mia Agency cannot, however, guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions of the site, nor be held responsible for a decision taken solely on the strength of a page of the site.
